Twentynine Palms Sunrooms & Patios, twentyninepalmssunroomspatios.com, hello@twentyninepalmssunroomspatios.com
Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of the Twentynine Palms Sunrooms & Patios website and any estimate, scheduling or work you arrange with us through it. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them, so please read them before you reach out.
When we sign a written contract with you for a specific job, that contract controls the job. If it says something different from this page, the contract wins.
What we do
Twentynine Palms Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor in Twentynine Palms, CA. We design, build and remodel sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, solariums and patio covers for homes in Twentynine Palms and the cities around it. You can see the full list of services on our home page and read more about our crew on the About page.
What's on this site is general information to help you plan. It isn't a promise that a certain design, material or layout will work at your house, because that depends on what we find when we look at your site.
Estimates and pricing
We give free quotes on site, and asking for one puts you under no obligation. An estimate is our best figure for the work we can see and the materials we've talked about on the day we look.
Prices can change if the plan changes, if material costs move before you sign, or if we open things up and find something nobody could see beforehand, like a damaged slab or rotted framing. When that happens, we stop, tell you what we found and what it would cost, and we don't go ahead on the extra work until you agree to it.
An estimate is good for the period written on it. After that, we may need to update it before we start.
Scheduling, delays and cancellation
We set start dates with you once the contract is signed and any permits and materials are lined up. Dates are our honest plan, not a guarantee, because weather, permit timing, material deliveries and changes you ask for can all push a job back.
If you need to move or cancel an appointment, call us at (760) 362-8204 as early as you can so we can give the slot to someone else. Cancelling a signed job may leave you responsible for materials we've already ordered or work we've already done, and your contract will spell out how that's handled. Any cancellation rights you have under California law still apply.
Payment
Your contract sets out what's due, when it's due and how you can pay. We bill in line with that schedule, usually tied to stages of the work, so you're paying for progress you can see.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's caught up. Unpaid balances can be subject to the collection rights California law allows a contractor, so if money is tight, talk to us early and we'll try to work something out.
Warranties and what we don't promise
We're fully licensed and insured, and we stand behind our work. Any written warranty on a job is the one in your contract, and product warranties come from the companies that make the panels, glass, roofing and other materials we install.
Beyond those written warranties, the website and its content are offered as they are. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of mistakes, and we don't make other warranties about it except where California law says we can't leave them out.
Limits on our liability
To the extent California law allows, Twentynine Palms Sunrooms & Patios isn't liable for indirect or follow-on losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information. Decisions about your home should rest on a site visit and a written contract, not on a web page alone.
For work we do, our responsibility is the one set out in your contract and under California law. Nothing on this page limits liability that the law doesn't let a business limit.
If we disagree
Most problems get sorted out with a phone call, so start by calling us or using the form on our Contact page and telling us what's wrong. We'll look into it and get back to you with what we can do.
If we can't settle it between us, we'll both try mediation in good faith before going to court. Any court case will be heard in San Bernardino County, California, unless your contract or the law says otherwise.
California law applies
These terms, and any work we do for you, are governed by the laws of the State of California. If a court finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still stands.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the current one. Changes don't reach back to a contract you've already signed.
If you have a question about any of this, call (760) 362-8204 or reach us through the Contact page. Expect a reply within 1 business day.
